Why boost our immune system?
Our good health and vitality depend on the state of our immune system. Since our bodies are exposed to various pathogens such as bacteria, viruses, fungi or parasites on a daily basis, our immune system works around the clock to protect our bodies from infections, viruses and other attacks. While maintaining good immunity is necessary all year round, our bodies are particularly exposed during certain periods, such as autumn and winter, when the proliferation of germs gives rise to colds, flus and other infections. Spring, on the other hand, heralds the return of allergies. Generally speaking, fatigue, stress, cold, pollution or nutritional deficiencies alter our defence mechanisms. It is therefore important to strengthen our immune system throughout the year.
